Our mission is to help women all around the world reach their greatest potential, with hundreds of fitness powders and products geared towards men, we wanted to create something for women, by women. Pretty Gains provides all your health and wellness essentials with products ranging from weight gain powders for shakes and shaker bottles, workout equipment like resistance bands, hair accessories like workout scrunchies, nutrition/workout plans and more! Our story begins in 2017, with nothing but passion and a dream our brand was born. Latina and family-owned we're striving to make a difference in our community and remind others that no dream is impossible.

"Growing Pretty Gains these last 5 years has allowed me to not only grow a brand but grow myself in the process. I used to get made fun of all the time for being 'too skinny', people would grab me by my arm and place their fingers in a circle around my wrist and show me the size and say “omg you’re too skinny” it used to really affect my self esteem. I started hiding behind my clothes because I didn’t want anyone making any comments about my weight, it was such a traumatic experience which is why our brand has built our mission around self love. Have you noticed all of the butterfly symbolism in our branding? That's because Butterflies are not only beautiful, but are a metaphor representing rebirth, transformation, change, hope and life. Butterflies exemplify personal growth and the chance to change your life into something that is free and beautiful. The butterfly will teach you that growth and change do not have to be traumatic. Change can occur as gently as you wish, we have to shed the old before we can come into the new. You can go on a weight gain journey but you must love yourself in the process, love yourself no matter what part of the journey you’re on and that's what our brand is here to remind you."

All of our products are hand packed in NYC by a family team! Inspired by the boldness and diversity of NYC, our brand incorporates the city into everything we do.
Our Mission: $1 from every order will be split and donated between two charities that are doing amazing things for the community. The first charity is The Lower East Side Girls Club. The Lower Eastside Girls Club breaks the cycle of poverty by training the next generation of ethical, entrepreneurial and environmental leaders. It positively impacts the lives of thousands of NYC minority girls in middle school and high school. The other charity is The Dream Project, which provides education to thousands of children in the Dominican Republic by educating more than 8,000 children, youth and young adults through 17 innovative programs. DREAM offers literacy, early childhood education, youth leadership, and community programs to ensure that all children and youth within communities never lack access to necessary resources again.
