Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders that are received Monday-Friday after 1 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed on Monday excluding holidays. If you need your products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at additional charges, please plan accordingly for timely delivery. All of our orders ship through USPS Priority Mail from NYC. After leaving our facility, packages are out of our care and are in the hands of USPS. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International

As a start up brand we're always trying to find cost efficient ways to ship internationally! Our cheapest shipping rate offers delivery usually within 1-4 weeks. Our express international shipping offers shipping delivered in 6-10 days.

Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products

we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@shopprettygains.com and we will replace the item. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with our products.
